How to DIY a Halloween wreath! See video at the end if you’re not a fan of reading instructions (guilty!)
Supplies:
- Sticks and branches – I gathered these from our yard. You can buy faux stems from a craft store if you don’t have access to branches
- Black spray paint – Walmart, Target or any hardware store
- Wreath hoop – $3 at Walmart
- Spider web – $4 at Walmart
- Spider – Dollar Tree
- Bats – Dollar Tree
- Battery lights – Amazon
- Floral Wire – Dollar Tree
- Glue gun (not required)
How to assemble the wreath:
- Collect branches and sticks from outside.
- Lay them out on cardboard or paper and spray paint them black. Once dried, i turned them over and sprayed the other side.
- I used Rustoleum flat black
- Start to lay them out around the wreath base. Fasten the branches to the hoop with some floral wire.
- continue adding branches until the desired thickness is reached.
- Add faux spider webs
- Add Halloween accessories
- Lastly, add the string lights and hide the battery pack behind the spider webs and decor.
